Low Traffic Areas
These are areas that will take very limited traffic. In other words, areas where your client is looking for the look of a beautiful lawn but knows there will be virtually no traffic. We designed this type of lawn to look very natural while having limited aftercare (you only need a leaf blower to keep it clean). These types of projects will also require at least 2 pounds of infill sand per square foot. You will see these projects on steep hills, in front of large corporations where no one hardly ever walks or to add color to a landscape area.
