Moderate traffic areas will need a turf that is a middle-of-the-road weight. Look for products that are in the 60oz – 75oz range. Although you will still need the full body of middleweight products, these products can be budget-friendly while still giving you the look and feel of a full-bodied lawn. We recommend no less than 2 pounds of infill sand per square foot. You will see these projects mostly on medians, school playgrounds, or areas where the traffic is more controlled.
